Reservations/Cancellations

We respectfully require a credit card number and a 50% deposit for any Spa Packages and Spa Parties to reserve your appointments. To receive a full refund, a one week notice is required for Full-Day Spa Treatments, a 72-hour notice for all other Spa Samplers, and a 24-hour notice for individual services. Otherwise, we will charge your credit card for any appointments we are unable to re-book. A 15% gratuity will be added for all Spa Packages and Spa Parties. We gladly accept:

Punctuality

We greatly appreciate your punctuality. We do understand that circumstances may arise which cause you to be late, and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, in some cases we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for all Spa Packages.

Scheduling

We offer you a 10% discount on your next service if you schedule your appointment prior to leaving My Inspiration Salon & Spa. This way you can be assured you receive the date and time of day you desire and save money!

Staffing

Our professional stylists and therapists closely support one another. We hope you will feel free to experiment and work with other team members. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
