This 60 minute beginner class will introduce breathing techniques, yogic postures and stretching. Helping you achieve better body alignment and balance. You’ll strengthen and tone muscles, increase blood circulation, enhance flexibility and range of motion, reduce stress and bring calm to the mind, body and spirit.
